Terms and conditions

1. The Promoter
This giveaway is organised and run by Smooth Social, based in Shropshire, UK. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Entrants must be a business based in Shropshire.

  • Only one entry per business is permitted.

  • Employees or close associates of Smooth Social are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

  • Entrants must follow all steps outlined in the giveaway post on Instagram.

  • Entries that do not fulfil all stated steps will not be counted.

  • The giveaway begins on the date the post is published and closes on the date specified in the caption.

  • Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

4. Prize
The winner will receive:

  • One free content shoot conducted using an iPhone.

  • Three (3) edited reels.

  • A selection of raw images from the shoot.

  • The shoot will take place at a mutually agreed location within Shropshire.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 72 hours of the giveaway closing.

  • If the winner does not respond within 5 days, Smooth Social reserves the right to choose an alternative winner.

6. Content Usage
By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees that:

  • All content captured during the shoot (including photos and videos) may be used by Smooth Social for marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

    • Social media posts

    • Website use

    • Portfolio

    • Promotional materials

  • Smooth Social retains the right to edit, publish and distribute the content as part of its ongoing marketing.

7. Use of Winner’s Username & Behind-the-Scenes Content
By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees that:

  • Their Instagram username may be used publicly in a post or story announcing the winner.

  • Smooth Social may share behind-the-scenes footage from the content shoot across its social media channels, website, and marketing materials.

  • This footage may include the winner’s business premises, products, staff, or branding as captured during the shoot.

8. Winner Responsibilities

  • The winner must be available for the content shoot on a mutually agreed date.

  • The winner is responsible for ensuring permission to film on their premises (if applicable).

9. Data Protection
Personal data (such as Instagram usernames and contact details) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway. No data will be shared with third parties.

10. Liability
Smooth Social accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues.
Smooth Social is not liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

11. Changes & Cancellation
Smooth Social reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.

By entering this giveaway, entrants confirm they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
